Is the bike tour difficult?

No, the tour is very easy. We use a lot of waterways, which of course are flat. .

When should I arrive for my bike tour?

We ask all clients to arrive no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled tour.

Do I need to reserve?

No, but spaces are limited, so it is always best to get in touch prior to a tour.

What number should I call if I am lost or late?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before your tour, will be eligible for a full refund. If you miss your tour, we will try to re-schedule you on to another tour for up to a year.

What happens if it rains?

We will run the tour regardless of the weather. If the weather is really bad, you are welcome to re-schedule to another tour. Just let us know in advance.

Is there somewhere to leave bags or luggage?

Yes, any luggage can be left in the shop whilst we are out on the tour.

Do you provide the bikes?

Yes, we do!

Can I bring my own bike?

Yes you can and there is a £5 discount if you do.

Do you provide helmets?

Yes we do, although you are not obliged to wear them in Scotland. The choice is yours.
